Refunds

All artwork, products, homegoods that are purchased are non-refundable. All objects that are mailed to us, prior to communicating directly with us, will not be elligible for a refund. 

Exchanges due to Shipping Policy

If your product arrives looking like it fought a dragon on its way to you, hit us up ASAP! That means if your purchased product is damaged upon delivery contact us right away. Our team must recieve the damaged product within 21 days of you recieving it to be elligable for a exchange.

Please get in touch by sending us an email at info@somenerdstuff.com within 21 days after you have received your purchase. We will personally guide you through our exchange process as each one is as unique as you are.
